Returns
We are sure you will be very happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, we will promptly and courteously replace the product or refund your money – as per your request – within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided that returned products are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Exchange
We are very happy to exchange your product if you wish for a different size. But PLEASE NOTE: You as the buyer are responsible for the postage for both returning the product and posting the new product out to you. So please choose carefully!
Shipping Costs
Postage within Australia is now FREE. We have also recently seriously reduced international shipping for international customers.
Estimated Delivery Times
For most of our deliveries, we use Australia Post's fastest service - Startrack. This enables us to get your cacao to you quickly!
Making a Payment
We accept all major credit cards, bank deposits, Afterpay, Zip and digital currencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Etherium (ETH).
Order Processing after Purchase
Sacred Earth Community order handling is FAST AND FREE within Australia!
Damaged / Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with any product, please notify us by email or in writing, providing details of the problem within 14 days of receipt. It's helpful if you can provide us with digital photograph(s) of the problem as this will expedite replacement.
What Happened to Paypal?
We have recently changed our business structure and unfortunately, Paypal doesn't support the community model that we are creating at the moment
We Accept BTC & ETH Payments
We are now accepting Bitcoin (BTC) and Etherium (ETH) digital currencies for order payments. This will eventually be in-built into our payment gateway, but for now, we only accept manual payments.

How do I track my order?
Your tracking details will be in your order shipping confirmation email that was sent a day or two after we received your order. If you can't find it in your inbox, check your spam.
