Once your order’s packed and on its way from our warehouse, you’ll get an email from our website with your tracking details. It's important to keep that email handy until your order arrives.

Occasionally, this email may go to spam - especially if you have a gmail, yahoo or hotmail address. Their spam filters occasionally get over excited and spam messages that they really shouldn't. If you can't find the original email with your tracking details, feel free to get in contact with our customer service team.

Please check your tracking regularly. If you are not home, our couriers may leave a calling card in your letterbox. If they do, you will need to contact them to organise a re-delivery at a time that suits you.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order is waiting to be collected for more than two weeks, it will be sent back to us. You will then be charged a re-delivery fee.
